Leaders in Training (LITs)

The Leaders in Training program at TAG Ranch is designed for teens who are ready to take on responsibility, mentorship, and leadership in a supportive, hands-on environment. LITs play an important role in shaping the culture of the ranch by supporting younger campers, assisting staff, and modeling care, respect, and accountability.
