At the heart of TAG Ranch is a deep commitment to youth and the community that surrounds them. Our Youth & Community programs are designed to engage youth where they are offered opportunities to learn, grow, and build confidence through responsibility, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Leaders in Training (LITs)
Our Leaders in Training program gives teens the opportunity to step into responsibility, mentorship, and service. LITs learn by supporting younger campers, assisting instructors, and helping create a positive, inclusive culture at the ranch.
Through real responsibility and hands-on leadership, LITs build confidence, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose while learning the value of giving back.
